Robin Williams

Q.  Please do a reading on Robin Williams and his death.  I feel we are not being told what really happened.
A.  When I think about Robin Williams, I see a guy with a big heart and a lot of positive energy.  He might have dealt with depression and abuse in his life, but overall he had a pretty good outlook on life and a support system of people that loved him.  He may slip and go back to old habits, but had enough strength or power within his subconscious to do what he needed to do in order to overcome his weakness (it was a struggle) and do the things he needed to stay grounded.

Even connecting to him on a subconscious level, he is laughing and joking now.  It feels genuine and not forced.  I get he did die by his own actions, but not out of sadness, but he was actually happy during this part of his life.  I see this more as a self inflicted accident resulting from actions that occurred during "some intimate alone time" (out of respect for him and his family my rational / conscious mind  won't allow me to spell this out clearer) and when he was found the embarrassment of the situation created all this precanned wording and quotes in the media.  I get we are never going to be told the "true" story because it is so sensitive.  In reality, I don't even see him caring if the truth gets out and in fact somehow he is laughing about it.

In closing, as I ended this "mental communication with him" he looked at me and said "nanu nanu" as if he was pretending to be Mork off of Mork and Mindy.  He wants to be remembered that way, because that is who he was and how he interacted with many people.

And that is all I have for this reading.  Thank you.

Updated 11-12-14.. Someone just sent this article to be.  William's wife noted the technique he used that caused his death, "autoerotic asphyxiation" was probably learned from a movie he was on... This was worded so much better than what I could have tried to respectfully describe.

Even if his death was not related to depression, do you see that this will spark a change to how depression is treated and viewed?

My intuition tells me that he died of a heart attack during an 'intimate' moment.

I don't really think it's a suicide case because he's an old soul and old souls know that suicide is not a solution but a waste.

All the best to him for giving us tons of laughter. Hope he'll reincarnate to a better place.

Lynn, when our soul leaves our body, is that "light" always available for soul to enter or only for some specific "time"? If it chooses to stay for a while, when and how does it appear again?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@AKKL: This will bring about discussion and talks about depression. I see some kind of "Depression Awareness" happening, or some special program.

@siketa: I see the light is always there (kind of like the sun). Some chose to go to it, and others chose to stay and roam. Occasionally people need reassurance that it is ok to move on. It really depends on the person, their life and events surrounding their death.

Thank You for Your time and hard work, Lynn! :)

I understand that the family wants to protect itself from the kinds of media chaos that would come from telling the genuine facts leading to his death--especially if his wife/partner was not present. But why make up a story about suicide? He worked so hard to stay sober and to get up in the mornings and face the day. He was proud of that. So why sully his death with something (that to many, may appear cowardly) like suicide? Couldn't they or the police prepare a statement that allowed him more dignity than suicide?

Psychic Focus,

When you said that he is in a good place, does he mean he has crossed over? That good place must be more lively now with him around!

In fact, when we crossed over to the light, do we reincarnate immediately?

Thank you.

siketa said...

@lilian: Lynn explained that "Some souls jump right back in almost instantly, and others wait until they can come back with the souls they regularly "pact" or incarnate with."

Hope said...

So, there are 3 "worlds/layers" then
- our human world
- the soul world where they can choose to stay on or cross over to the light
- the "light" world where the souls can decide when to re-incarnate or wait

I was not sure whether the part about free will to pick the time of their next reincarnation was referring to the souls in the soul world or in the light world.

Thank you

Self inflicting...so it can be suicide. Now you mention it, I want to know

Alex said...

@lilian

Your so-called 'soul world' is where you meet those haunted places where ghosts linger.

The 'light world' is where you wait and plan for your next reincarnation.

Is his death related to his World's greatest dad movie? What a coincidence!

Lynn, the Depression Awareness would be Amazing!!! I so identify with this soul.

My wife and I intuit that depression meds were responsible for driving him to the point of taking his own life, we have to remember that some of these magic pills prescribed by these "healers" come with serious side effects including "thoughts of suicide" if anything comes from his passing, it should be a greater focus and awareness to not right away succumb to the Big pharma magic pills and consider natural cures and approaches in filling the void that deep depression causes. As one who was personally in that hell and came back, no thanks to my med, but the 12 steps program, by the grace of God and my higher power I survived, we all have had thoughts at one time of another of doing ourselves in, when the chips are down, but very few of us will ever take that route, unless something else, something very dark and sinister like a side effect or narcotic pushed us over the edge! May his soul find peace and solace.

bodyearthself said...

One other thought, he did admit that working on What Dreams My Come was a hell everyday, not sure what he was referring to, perhaps his own depression, in the film he literally goes through and to hell to save the soul of his suicide wife. You I have to ask this question, could being involved in that movie especially the part about hell, opened up a door that would have been better of remained shut and allowed his demons to take over so to speak?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@bodyearthself: I do agree that pharma drugs for depression should be avoided unless absolutely necessary (there is a time and a place, but they are too liberally given out). Depression is a normal body response to something telling you to make a change or do something- make a change (Many years ago before I really educated myself I too was given prozac to deal with a miscarriage- now I know I REALLY needed to deal and process the emotion rather than hide from it to have feelings of it suppressed). Going off was torturous- so I appreciate what you are saying.

I do see he has had challenges throughout life (many ups and downs depending on what he was dealing with), but at the time of his death he was actually in an "OK" place.

Truth & light said...

If he was ok...why commit suicide or he didnt?? Am curious to know why you cant say what really happened?! Anyone wants to guess?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@Bee: I saw that he was having an intimate moment with himself, and he was using a technique that involved oxygen deprivation to heighten this experience- he went too far and he did kill himself, but it wasn't intentional.

Tracy said...

Lynn, at the police press conference yesterday they said he had several superficial cuts on his left wrist along with a pocket knife found nearby that had what appeared to be dried blood on it.

If this was not intentional, then what to make of that?

Also, he was in rehab this summer in Minnesota. There is a photo of him taken in a Dairy Queen while there where he doesn't look that well?

http://www.express.co.uk/news/showbiz/498441/Robin-Williams-last-photo-Dairy-Queen-rehab

Any impressions on the cuts as well as his stay at rehab? Thank you!

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

Tracey: I will have to think about that.. Thank you for sharing, I had not hear that.

Sounds like an accident happened. And when they found him, they just wrote off as suicide. His departure brought focus to depression in our world and how it's important to care for those people. Whole thing feels somewhat like a comedy. As long as he's in a happy place, that's all that matters.

"He might have dealt with depression and abuse in his life"

What kind of abuse?

Namaste,

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@zii: I was referring to substance abuse. I should have been more specific. :-)

I believe the same thing took place with actor Keith Carradine. He was having an intimate moment with himself, and he ended up hanging himself in a hotel room.I believe the term is auto erotica aka breath play. If you are familiar with bdsm or fetish sexual play, you will know what I am talking about.

Alex said...

@Michelle

You're spot on. He died of cardiac death, read

@YourPsychicFocus thank you for your reply. I was watching Bill O' Reilly which I rarely ever watch and an email was sent by a Psychiatrist in N.Y. who said "Depression is a physical condition it can not be controlled and can only be address by medication to restore body and mind" something to that affect. These doctors don't want people to process their emotions, they want to control them and their emotions and stifle them. They should have never been allowed to become doctors. This is the problem the doctors are way to quick on the trigger to dole out the prescriptions and not even consider alternatives to something like Prozac for example which can driver a person to suicide! Like you said there is a time and place and I think that for me that place would have to be in an institution with no other choice, but outside the institutions there are choices and doctors rarely give those to their patients. On the subject of this tragedy happening, I am starting to see that perhaps Robin sacrificed himself like the cetaceans do, to bring attention to something that has been swept under the rug for too long! Perhaps what do you think?

Truth & light said...

No because she said he was having an intimate moment

Lisa said...

Exactly, no depression was the case, he just accidentally killed himself. On the opposite, he was in good mood and had an intimate moment with himself!

His wife has issued a statement saying he had early Parkinson's Disease.

Because he had Parkinson disease and
needed to take certain medication.
Perhaps he took Dopamine Agonists (Example: Pramipexole, Ropinerole, Bromocriptine)

There are side effects and according to this article They may also cause other side effects including daytime sleepiness, sudden unanticipated sleep ("sleep attacks"), hallucinations and risk-taking behavior, such as gambling and sexual obsessions.

Hi Lynn,

Sorry my english but I just want to say that .... I don't know why but when I heard the news about his dead and the way it occurred, I thought about how David Carradine died too, it was just a flash but I thought it was just like if they were doing the same thing and they went too far.

I sense that robin was the continuation of the soul who had been will rogers. Too many similarities. Wiley post could be the reincarnated billy crystal. Any comments
Tragically the media is supplying us with explanations which may have nothing to do with really happened.

There has been many a speculation on how and why Robin passed, I adhere to the belief that it was AEA, bless you Lynn for stating a FACT. Did he have Parkinson's' yes. Did he have Lewy Body Dementia, as was later found out when they did the brain autopsy, yes. Still Robin was a t least Robin at times and who is to say that he had an intimate moment with/to himself and he went out happy. I am more grateful now than ever for not only your post Lynn but for others who feel as we do, he went out enjoying life...not hating/despising it!
